Sublime Society of beefsteaks
The Sublime Society of Beef Steaks was established in 1735 by John Rich, the acclaimed owner of the first Royal Opera House in Covent Garden. It was founded by himself and the painters, William Hogarth and George Lambert. It was extremely popular with the then prince of Wales put on the waiting list! It's all about beef and the Englishman's love for our national dish.
Our Longhorn Beef, raised on the Cotswolds, is like no other. Infact the farm just won the massively coveted Best grass fed Beef award at the World Steak Challenge beating 18 countries
Exceptional texture but unlike your average fillet, a delicious meaty taste.
